Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines for Insights of Pharmatech

  1. Manuscript Submission

Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Ensure all documents are in Microsoft Word format.

  1. Manuscript Preparation

All manuscripts must be prepared according to the following guidelines:

  • Article Structure

Research Article

  • Title – Clear, specific, concise.
  • Authors & Affiliations – Full names, institutional addresses, corresponding author details.
  • Abstract – Structured summary: background, methods, key results, conclusions.
  • Introduction – Background, objectives, significance.
  • Experimental – Design, data collection, analysis.
  • Results & Discussion – Findings, interpretation, comparison with literature, implications.
  • Conclusion – Key findings, future research.
  • Acknowledgments – Funding, contributors, institutions.
  • References – Complete list of cited works.

Review Paper

  • Title – Clear, specific, concise.
  • Authors & Affiliations – Full names, institutional addresses, corresponding author details.
  • Abstract – Structured summary: background, methods, key results, conclusions.
  • Introduction – Background, scope, objectives, significance.
  • Literature Review/Discussion & Perspectives Thematic/chronological/methodological synthesis, trends, gaps.
  • Conclusion – Summary of insights, research needs.
  • Acknowledgments – Funding, contributors, institutions.
  • References – Complete list of cited works.

Short Review (Mini-Review) (3 – 5 pages)

  • Title – Clear, specific, concise.
  • Authors & Affiliations – Full names, institutional addresses, corresponding author details.
  • Abstract – Structured summary: background, methods, key results, conclusions.
  • Introduction – Brief topic background, scope, objective.
  • Concise Literature Synthesis/Brief Discussion/Outlook – Key recent works, trends, debates, Summary, emerging directions.
  • Conclusion – Key findings, future research.
  • Acknowledgments – Funding, contributors, institutions.
  • References – Focused list of most relevant works.
  1. Formatting Details
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 pt (main text)
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Page Numbering: Bottom right corner
  • Center-aligned.

      3.2. Tables and Figures

  • Number tables and figures sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
  • Include descriptive titles and legends.
  • Place each table or figure after its first mention in the text.

      3.3. References

  • Follow the [citation style, Vancouver].

  1. Ethical Guidelines

      4.1. Authorship

Only individuals who significantly contributed to the work should be listed as authors.

      4.2. Originality

Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration or published elsewhere.

      4.3. Plagiarism

The journal uses plagiarism detection software. Submissions with plagiarism will be rejected.

       4.4. Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the research.

 

  1. Review Process

            All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process:

  • Initial screening by editors.
  • Revision
  • Evaluation by at least two reviewers.
  • Revision if required
  • Communication Final decision.
  • Production of publication ready print.
  1. Submission Checklist

           Before submitting, ensure:

  • The manuscript follows the journal format.
  • All authors have approved the submission.
  • Figures and tables are appropriately labeled.
  • References are accurate and complete.

  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
